Housing Quality Standards Training (Non-Certified)


Description
This training was developed for TPCH member agencies by Norris Consulting and provides detailed guidance for organizational staff assigned to conduct HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections for units assisted using Continuum of Care, Youth Homelessness Demonstration Project, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS program funds.

This training meets HUD requirements for these programs. It does not result in HQS certification required for staff conducting inspections for Section 8, Public Housing, or other voucher programs administered by the local Public Housing Authority.
